Neena is a Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin based alignment yoga teacher, along with experience in making people feel at peace and comfortable through mental health awareness practices. Her approach is gentle, intuitive and nurturing. Making sure you feel comfortable in your own body. She is here as a resource to encourage an exploration into the self, helping you reinvigorate the relationship you have with body, mind, the people around you and the beautiful world you live in through  awareness practices, yoga, breath-work and mental health support

My own journey into the self and mental health has led me here to create a virtual community space for you to feel comfortable sharing your own experiences whilst relating to and connecting with others through yoga and self development.

My focus is on unlocking peace, mental health awareness and joy through adopting various self-wellness activities into your life that can liberate us by delcuttering the mental clutter which this modern society creates, and boost our mental health.

There is a desperate need to reconnect and check in on each other now more than ever.

This is a space where we can all grow, improve our mental health, share our experiences and learn together.
